The information entered by users for member registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB (or a separate file cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws for information protection reasons (refer to retention and use period), and then destroyed.

If you request correction of errors in personal information, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed.
